Carly Boundy

Carly leads hmh’s superannuation division with a strong focus on relationships, continuity and long-term client care. As Head of Superannuation, she works closely with clients, many of whom she has supported for years, helping them navigate retirement, estate considerations and the practical realities of managing their super over time.

She particularly enjoys working with clients who are entering later stages of life, listening to their stories and being part of their financial journey. Carly’s approach goes beyond compliance; she takes a holistic view of each client’s situation and works collaboratively across the firm to ensure advice is thoughtful, connected and genuinely helpful. Managing an in-house team, she values the depth of understanding that comes from knowing each client well and being closely involved in the work.

Carly appreciates the strong relationships and sense of trust that underpin hmh’s culture. Outside work, she enjoys time by the coast, travel, sport, and unwinding with family and friends.
