Courtneay has grown with hmh from the very beginning of her career, shaping a role that sits at the centre of how the firm operates and supports its people. As Manager of People and Performance, she oversees the day-to-day rhythm of the business, supporting Directors, guiding operational priorities and ensuring the firm runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Her role is deliberately varied. Courtneay works across operations, practice management and HR, supporting staff at every level and helping create an environment where people can do their best work. A strong believer in development, she continues to build her HR expertise so the team feels supported as the firm grows.
