Leon plays a unique role at hmh as a tax specialist with a focus on strengthening tax knowledge across the firm. As Tax Manager, he supports both clients and internal teams, providing specialist advice while helping ensure the business stays current in an ever-changing tax landscape.
He relishes the teaching side of his role; breaking down complex legislation, running internal training sessions, chairing the tax committee and helping others build confidence in their tax knowledge. Leon believes that strong outcomes come from shared understanding, and he values being a resource the team can rely on when a tax question needs clarity or context.
As a long-standing team member, Leon appreciates the relationships and trust he has with others in the team; aspects that define hmh’s culture. Outside of work, he enjoys movies, gaming, Formula 1 and spending time with family.
