Mandy is a steady, trusted presence within hmh’s business services team, known for her organisation, efficiency and long-standing client relationships. As an Associate, she works closely with clients to manage compliance, reporting and advisory needs, many of whom she’s supported for more than two decades.
She takes pride in getting the detail right and enjoys working collaboratively with Directors to deliver quality outcomes. Mandy is also passionate about mentoring younger team members, helping them build confidence in systems, workflow and technical foundations. Alongside her client work, she plays a key role in improving internal processes and technology, contributing to the firm’s shift toward smarter, more efficient ways of working.
What Mandy values most is consistency, being someone clients and colleagues can rely on. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, refereeing basketball games, engaging in creative projects, theatre and music, and is the enthusiastic scoreboard keeper for the firm’s quarterly table tennis tournaments.
