Rachael joined hmh after experiencing the firm’s service from the client side, a perspective that shaped her respect for the expertise, communication style and ethical values that define the business. That alignment made the move feel natural and she now brings decades of experience into a role that supports management in ensuring strong financial performance of the firm.
As Manager of Finance, Rachael oversees the internal financial control of the business while maintaining a small amount of client-facing work. She enjoys the variety her role brings, supporting Directors with financial insight, assisting staff across accounts and operations, and mentoring team members as they grow. What matters most to her is the sense of shared ownership she sees across the firm, where people are genuinely engaged and supported.
Rachael’s motivation is grounded in purpose. She is driven by improving outcomes for others and contributing to work that makes a positive difference, both within the business and beyond it.
Outside of work, Rachael is happiest travelling, enjoying live theatre & music and spending time with her children and friends.
